Chocolate Mousse  Our original Chocolate mousse
 torte in 2 layers. Layers of rich fudge cake
sandwich a layer of chocolate mousse.
The cake is covered in a dark chocolate ganache
 and garnished with chocolate stars.

Fruit
Raspberry Mousse A light raspberry mousse fills a golden cake finished in a vanilla butter cream frosting, splashed with raspberry colored chocolate and rosettes on each slice.

Lemon Mousse Tangy lemon mousse and yellow genoise is covered in white chocolate ganache, white chocolate shaving around the sides and vanilla butter cream decorations.

Carrot Cake   Spices, pineapple, coconut, nuts and (of course) grated fresh carrots folded into the cake batter make this a particularly moist and flavorful cake. The cake is filled with real cream cheese. Decorated with sweet cream cheese frosting and accented with walnuts.

Specialty
Tuxedo torte 2 Layers of rich dark fudge cake sandwich light white chocolate mousse. Glazed with a chocolate ganache and decorated with bowties on each slice.
