Note we have a seasonal / supplementary menu that changes every season / and or holiday. These seasonal menus are faxed to you. ( Make sure we have your fax number)

Petite Éclairs- A traditional French Pastry; vanilla Bavarian cream fills an elongated pate a choux shell topped with a glaze of dark chocolate ganache, and garnished with a filigree of white chocolate.

Fruit Tartlets- A sweet dough crust filled with pastry cream and topped with fresh fruit and/or fresh berries and finished with an apricot glaze.

Cannolis - A crisp cannoli shell dipped in chocolate, filled with a creamy ricotta filling, finished with chocolate shavings and pistachios..

Reves du Chocolat- (dreams of chocolate.....) A mini flourless chocolate cake glazed with dark chocolate ganache and decorated with a design of ganache and a beautiful garnishment.

Mousse Cups- A round dark chocolate shell is filled with a generous swirl of mousse.
